Boris Chochiev, First Deputy Chairman of the Government of RSO, JCC Co-Chairman for the South-Ossetian side received a telegram of condolences from Roy Riv, the OSCE Ambassador in Georgia. The telegram says:
”Dear Boris Eliozovich!
I just heard about the explosion that happened in Tskhinval this morning.
Allow us, with your help, on behalf of the OSCE Mission express our condolences to the families and relatives of the victims. We are thinking about them. We condemn those who are behind this awful crime”.
