South Ossetia will participate in the Crimean International Economic Forum

The questions concerning the participation of the delegation of South Ossetia at the forthcoming Crimean International Economic Forum were discussed by the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the RSO Dmitry Medoev and the First Vice-Premier of the Crimean Government Georgy Muradov.
According to the press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic, the Crimean International Economic Forum will be held in mid-April 2018.
During his working visit to Moscow, the Foreign Minister of South Ossetia also held a number of other meetings with representatives of the government bodies of the Russian Federation, including the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation.
On March 22, Dmitry Medoev met with the Chairman of the Imperial Palestinian Orthodox Society Sergei Stepashin. During the meeting, the sides discussed promising areas of the work of the society in the Caucasus direction, in particular, in South Ossetia.
Dmitry Medoev made special mention of Sergei Stepashin's significant personal contribution to helping the people of South Ossetia after the August 2008 war, including full support for the establishment of the Control and Accounts Chamber of South Ossetia.
The Foreign Minister of South Ossetia also met with the Honored Polar explorer of the Russian Federation, Doctor of Medicine V.S. Koshelev - the organizer of the Arctic, and then of the Antarctic expedition in April 2008-2009, during which the citizen of the RSO Victor Bunin hoisted the national flag of South Ossetia on both poles of the planet.
