The Parliament of South Ossetia is holding parliamentary hearings on the issue of demarcation and delimitation of the state border of the Republic.
According to the press service of the legislative body, the hearings are held behind closed doors.
They noted that the work of parliamentarians on this issue was carried out under the leadership of the chairman of the committee of the South Ossetian parliament on defense and security Atsamaz Bibilov.
Bibilov in his report has noted that on the border issue there were held meetings of the committee at which the deputies expressed their opinion.
Representatives of all commissions that have been working since 2009 on the issue of demarcation and delimitation of the border between South Ossetia and Georgia were invited to the hearings.
The parliamentarians intend to ask questions to former members of the state commission on delimitation and demarcation of the state border of South Ossetia and the commission of parliamentary investigation on delimitation and demarcation of the state border of South Ossetia with Georgia of the previous convocation.
