Russian specialists will assist in improving the South Ossetian legislation

In Tskhinvalhas been held a meeting of the Russian interdepartmental working group on improving the legislation of South Ossetia with heads of the ministries and governmental agencies of the Republic. The meeting discussed the current state of legislation in South Ossetia and developing of a plan of measures aimed at its improvement.

Russian diplomats once again assured the South Ossetian counterparts in the unconditional support of the statehood of South Ossetia by the Russian Federation

The Russian Federation will continue to support the statehood and sovereignty of the Republic of South Ossetia, regardless of the context of the Russian-Georgian relations. This has been stated by the leadership of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia at a recent meeting in Moscow with Foreign Minister of South Ossetia David Sanakoev, who arrived in the Russian capital on an official visit together with the RSO Presidential Envoy for post-conflict settlement Murat Dzhioev.

Since 1989, the Georgian leadership has been conducting the legal war against South Ossetia.
