The South Ossetian artist, the winner of the international festivals and competitions Lira Alborova will present her works in Luxembourg and Brussels, where the "Days of Ossetian Culture in Europe" will be held.
As reported to IA "Res" by the artist, the event is organized by the head of the international non-profit association "Renaissance Sandidzan" (Renaissance) Radion Pukhaev.
"The exhibitions will be held on April 18 in Brussels and April 25 in Luxembourg. I brought ten of my works to the exhibition, all of them with national flavor. The canvases depict mountains and landscapes of Ossetia so that the public can get to know my work better through national themes,” Alborova has shared.
The traditional Days of Ossetian Culture in Europe are held every year.
The event will be attended by the Ossetian artists, representatives of the scientific and creative intelligentsia of South and North Ossetia, members of the Diaspora, as well as the European experts on working with regions of Russia and specialists in the field of science and culture.
As part of the Days of Ossetian Culture, Vadim Tsalikov’s film “My Brother, Doctor Mols” will also be shown, telling the story of a man living in Belgium whose roots are connected with Russia.
