President of South Ossetia Leonid Tibilov has received representatives of Federal State Unitary Enterprise "Russian Television and Radio Broadcasting Network", which have arrived in the Republic on a working visit. The meeting was also attended by Chairman of the State Committee of Information, Communications and Mass Media Inal Tibilov.
In the course of the meeting were discussed prospects of development of digital television broadcasting in the country and issues of further systematic work on its implementation.
It was noted that digital network should be set up in all districts of the Republic that will providebroadcasting throughout the country.
It should be noted that for two days the Russian delegation, together with the South Ossetian experts were inspecting communications facilities and broadcasting equipment.
The delegation included Deputy Directors of Department of Federal State Unitary Enterprise "Russian Television and Radio Broadcasting Network" Vladimir Alpheev and Boris Krasilnikov, and Deputy Director of the FSUE branch Oleg Batayev.
