President of South Ossetia Alan Gagloev sent a telegram of condolences to the President of the Republic of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko in connection with the death of the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Belarus Vladimir Makei.
“I am expressing my condolences on the death of the outstanding diplomat and a true patriot of his country - Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Belarus Vladimir Vladimirovich Makei. Holding the position of the head of the Foreign Ministry, he was firmly and unswervingly defending the interests of the Republic of Belarus in the international arena,” the telegram of condolences reads.
President of South Ossetia has noted that at this mournful hour he is sharing with Lukashenko the bitterness of a heavy and irreparable loss.
“I am sending deep condolences, words of support and concern to the family, relatives and friends of Vladimir Vladimirovich in connection with their grief,” said Alan Gagloev.
