In South Ossetia on Friday, October 13, a meeting of the Commission on Cooperation of the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation and the Parliament of the Republic will be held, Chairman of the Committee on Foreign Policy and Inter-Parliamentary Relations Zaza Driaev told IA “Res”.
As noted by Driaev, as part of the work of the Commission, the parties will discuss important issues facing the Republic.
“Issues that we have previously raised in Moscow will be discussed, including the issue of creating a quantorium (children's technology park). Minister of Education of the Republic will also be involved in the discussion of this issue. We will also discuss the development of tourism, the issue of socio-economic development and other equally important issues,” Driaev said.
According to the Chairman of the Committee, the delegation of the Federation Council will be headed by the representative of the Committee on International Affairs, Sergei Tsekov.
