The issue of the entry into force of the agreement between Russia and South Ossetia on the settlement of issues of dual citizenship for residents of the Republic will be discussed at the next meeting of the inter-parliamentary commission, which will be held in Moscow on April 18, the Chairman of the RSO Parliamentary Committee on Foreign Policy and Inter-parliamentary relations, Zaza Driaev, said during the briefing in Tskhinval.

At a meeting with Chairman of the Russian Federation Council Committee on International Affairs Grigory Karasin, members of the Cooperation Commission of the Federation Council and the Parliament of South Ossetia, current issues relating to the relationship between the two countries were discussed, Speaker of the Parliamentary body Alan Alborov said at the briefing in Tskhinval.

Minister of Internal Affairs Alan Guchmazov has received the head of the medical and sanitary unit of Ministry of Internal Affairs, police lieutenant colonel Georgiy Margiev, who came home to South Ossetia from the special military operation zone on a short leave.

According to the department's press service, during the meeting Georgy Margiev spoke about the situation at the front, the successes of the Ossetian fighters and his participation in the special military operation.
