I live on Tselinnikov Street, not far from the crossing of Isak Kharebov and Heroes Streets. In the evening of the seventh of August I was watching the appearance of the Georgian president Saakashvili on TV in which he said that it would be no any provocative actions against South Ossetia on the part of Georgia. That day I have thought that at last the night bombardments of the Republic will stop for some time. So many people have thought that way. That day my son was at his post, near to the Oak grove, many boys have been sent home by their commander, not expecting any more danger.

Today the working meeting within the frames of Mechanisms on prevention and reaction to incidents has taken place in the frontier Georgian village Dvani. As the Deputy Plenipotentiary of the President of the RSO on post conflict settlement Merab Chigoev has informed the news agency "Res", the representatives of South Ossetia, Russia and Georgia have taken part in the meeting, with the assistance of the EU observers and the co-chairman of the Geneva discussions from OSCE.

The working meeting of the President of the Republic of South Ossetia Eduard Kokoity and the Deputy Minister for regional development of the Russian Federation Sergey Vereshchagin has taken place at the Ministry of regional development of the Russian Federation. It has been informed the news agencies "Res" at the press-service of the President and the government of the RSO.

The President of the Republic of South Ossetia Eduard Kokoity has taken part in the ceremonial meeting on the occasion of the 50 anniversary of the International Public Foundation «Russian Peace Fund», taken place in the Hall of Columns of the Union House in Moscow. As the news agency "Res" has been informed at the press-service of the President and the government of the RSO, at the beginning of the meeting the Deputy Head of the Presidential Administration of the Russian Federation Alexander Beglov has announced a greeting of the President of the Russian Federation Dmitry Medvedev.

Today the next meeting within the frames of Mechanisms on prevention and reaction to incidents will take place on the Georgian-Ossetiaт border in the village Dvan. The statement of the Minister for Foreign Affairs of Georgia Grigol Vashadze that his country does not intend to leave a format of the Geneva discussions is «the next trick of the Georgian leadership». It has been declared the news agency "Res» by the Plenipotentiary of the President of the RSO on the post conflict settlement Boris Chochiev. «It turns out that Vashadze hasn`t known about the announcement of his assistant Sergey Kapanadze that Georgia does not see any sense in participating in the Geneva discussions any more. Kapanadze cites as if Russia carries out some acts of terrorism against Georgia», - the Plenipotentiary has said. He has noticed that the similar statement were made by the Secretary of the National Security Council of Georgia, the head of the Georgian delegation in a format of the Geneva discussions Giga Bokerija who, however, has denied subsequently his own words.

The President of South Ossetia Eduard Kokoity has called the people and the deputies of the Parliament of the Republic to the unity. It is told in the today’s appeal of the head of the state. Today at the Parliament session in Tskhinval the agreements between the Republic of South Ossetia, the Republic of Venezuela and the Republic of Nicaragua have been ratified. The session was conducted by the Speaker of the Parliament of the RSO Stanislav Kochiev. The Minister for Foreign Affairs of the RSO Murat Dzhioev has also been invited to the session. The South-Ossetian parliamentarians have ratified the bilateral agreements on cooperation with the Republic of Venezuela and the Republic of Nicaragua signed in July, 2010. The deputies have also ratified the Agreement between the government of the RSO and the government of Nicaragua about mutual visa-free trips of citizens of the Republic of the RSO and Nicaragua, signed in Managua, the Republic of Nicaragua on July, 20 2010. The Minister for Foreign Affairs of the RSO Murat Dzhioev has informed the parliamentarians on the work done by the Ministry in 2010.

I live on Heroes Street; this is one of the main streets of Tskhinval where the fights between the Georgian soldiers and the local boys have been taking place during the August war of 2008. On the night of August 8, about 12 o’clock the war has started. Terrible explosions have been resounded; one could not describe all horror which I have suffered that moment. Fear has seized me; I lost my head and instantly fell down on the floor. I was with my elderly mother at home. I have crawled to her room; it was terrible even to lift a head. My poor mother was sitting in the corner, trembling with fear. We have hardly gone down into the cellar, becoming weak in the knees.

The bill of Georgia about issuing the identity cards in South Ossetia and Abkhazia - is absolutely unacceptable for the Republic. It has been declared the news agency "Res" by the Vice-Speaker of the Parliament of the RSO Yury Dzitstsoity in regards to the intention of the Georgian Parliament to consider this question within the next few days. «Georgia, as well as some other countries which support it, pretends that there are no any recognized states, as South Ossetia and Abkhazia. They are ignoring them in each possible way and are searching the so-called" alternative «settlement ways», - has declared Dzitstsoity.
