The world changes and Georgia should adopt the experience of Serbia in mutual relations with the republics which have become the part of it by Stalin's decision in the beginning of the XX century. The South-Ossetian political scientist Dina Alborova, carrying out the comparative analysis between the latest developments in Serbia and Georgia, has come to this conclusion «This week the first interstate,- I should underline,- treaty has been signed between Serbia and Kosovo and has facilitateв life of the grassroots living in these countries. Certainly, it would be perfect, if such contract was signed between South Ossetia and Georgia. It seems to me that this year nothing like this will happen, but nevertheless it is necessary to think about that the world changes, and we can always appeal to the experience of mutual relations of Serbia and Kosovo», - has underlined Alborova in conversation with the correspondent of the news agency "Res". In her opinion, that Serbia has taken this step testifies that Belgrade has realized inevitability of the definitive international recognition of Kosovo.

On June, 29, 2011 the United Nations General Assembly has adopted the resolution «Position of internally displaced persons and refugees from Abkhazia, Georgia, and Tskhinvalskiy region /South Ossetia, Georgia» Unfortunately, in this draft resolution, submitted by Georgia, only the unilateral politicized approach is represented having nothing in common with an actual state of affairs and with concern about the fate of the refugees One could see only aspiration of Georgia to support its claims on the sovereignty over the territory of South Ossetia and Abkhazia The resolution does not consider at all the situation which has really developed in the region, namely –the existence of two independent states- the Republic of South Ossetia and the Republic of Abkhazia-, recognized by a number of the countries -the members of the United Nations. Again the question was being discussed without the representatives of South Ossetia and Abkhazia who would be able to deliver the states` position in resolving of this important humanitarian problem to the United Nations General Assembly. However the US authorities have once again refused visas to the representatives of South Ossetia. It has caused regret that the countries which voted for the resolution have supported the ambitions of the Georgian leadership.

Nobody has apprehended seriously the Law passage about the rules of issuing the so-called "neutral" passports by the Parliament of Georgia in South Ossetia. It has been declared by the Chairman of the Law, Legislation and Local Self-government Committee of the Parliament of South Ossetia Amiran Diaconov. He has informed that these "documents" are illegitimate in the territory of South Ossetia. «The only identifying passport in the Republic is the passport of the citizen of the Republic of South Ossetia.

The II-d International Youth Camp-Forum: «South Ossetia. Peace and stability in the Caucasus», organized on initiative of the Russian youth trade union, is taking place in Tskhinval. The camp has opened on July, 3 in the micro-district "Sunny" of the capital of South Ossetia. As the news agency "Res" has been informed by the Ministry of Education of the RSO the representatives of the youth wings of different political parties of Russia have gathered to take part in the forum of South Ossetia Arrival of the Russian Federation State Duma deputies, different public figures of Russia and other visitors is expected, too. In the evening of July, 3, the official opening of the forum took place in Tskhinval; the President of the Republic of South Ossetia Eduard Kokoity and other officials have also been among the visitors. Edward Kokoity has underlined in his speech that despite the collapse of the Soviet Union the .best traditions, mutual relations have remained between the people inhabited this country.

The President of the Republic of South Ossetia Eduard Kokoity has presented the state awards of the RSO to representatives of the Scientific Expert Community - the Caucasus researchers arrived in the Republic for participation in the international conference on the Caucasus problems. The head of South Ossetia has also awarded the North Caucasian variety stars arrived in Tskhinval to give a concert. The rewarding ceremony has taken place in the assembly hall of the Government House in Tskhinval where the President of the Republic of South Ossetia Eduard Kokoity has been decorated with the gold order with awarding him honorary title of «the Holder of the international order «Knight of Honour." The state award - «Friendship Order»-for major contribution to the development of friendship and cooperation between the people of South Ossetia and Russia has been presented to the President of the Scientific Society of the Caucasus researchers Alexander Krylov.

The branch of the International Scientific Society of the Caucasus researchers will be established in South Ossetia. It has been reported the news agency "Res" by the director of the South-Ossetian Scientific Research Institute named after Z.N.Vaneev, the Candidate of History, a senior lecturer Robert Gagloev. The decision on the branch establishment has been made following the results of this point discussion by the participants of the International conference «Problems of the Caucasus and modern Caucasus researching; the role of external and internal factors in the region development» which has passed in the cities Vladikavkaz (North Ossetia, Russia) and Tskhinval (Republic of South Ossetia). All necessary documentation has been already handed over to Robert Gagloev, and now the documents are on the stage of preparation for the branch registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of South Ossetia.

The two-day conference «Problems of the Caucasus and the modern Caucasus researching, the role of internal and external factors in the region development», having started on Thursday in Vladikavkaz, has continued its work today in South Ossetia.

Today, on July, 2 in the International Sportswriter`s Day, the Kekusin-Kan Karate Federation in the RSO has awarded the journalist of the news agency "Res» Guguli Valiev with a letter of commendation. The Federation management has expressed its gratitude to the journalist for his active informational support in survey of the sports actions in the Republic. As the trainer of the Kekusin-Kan Karate Federation in the RSO Vladimir Sozaev has informed the news agency "Res", Kekusin-Kan Karate – is a new type of sport for South Ossetia which has been practicing in the Republic since September, 2010.

I welcome the participants of the Second Scientific Society of the Caucasus researchers conference dedicated to the «Problems of the Caucasus and the modern Caucasus research; a role of external and internal factors in the region development». Yesterday the first stage of the conference took place in Vladikavkaz; very interesting and factful reports about the role of external and internal factors in the development of the Caucasus have been delivered at the meeting. Today in the capital of our Republic the second stage of the conference is taking place and it is planned to discuss a subject «Conflicts, demography and a role of mass-media».

The World Art Committee and the World Assembly of Social Recognition have decorated the President of the Republic of South Ossetia Eduard Kokoity with the gold order and have awarded him honorary title of «the Holder of the international order «Knight of honour." The rewarding ceremony has taken place in the assembly hall of the Government House in Tskhinval. The award to the head of the state has been presented by the President of the North-Caucasian Academy of Creative Work, the Honored Art Worker of Kabardino-Balkaria, Karachay-Cherkessia, Abkhazia, Ingushetia, and Dagestan Aues Bejtuganov.
