The Republic of South Ossetia KGB informs that in September 2007 Georgian special services were planning a large-scale terrorist act in Tskhinval. It was planned to plant a bomb in «Alan» hotel which hosted the delegates of VI All Ossetian Forum from different countries. The persons suspected in preparing of this terrorist act were detained by RSO KGB. They gave evidence of getting mission to pass and plant an explosive device in «Alan» hotel on the eve of the VI All Ossetian Forum by the Georgian special services. However, undertaken by RSO KGB and MIA security measures wrecked the criminal plans of terrorists. The names of customers and executors of planned terrorist act are established, although not disclosed yet in the interest of investigation.
Planned by the Georgian special services in 2007 in Tskhinval act of terrorism once more confirms that the official Tbilisi has chosen the policy of the State terrorism as one of the main tools for Georgian-Ossetian relations regulation, and goes on using the most sordid methods for achieving of its goals.
