The Mayor of Yasbereny (Hungary) Tamas Szabo invited a delegation of South Ossetia to the official reception in honor of the guests of the annual International Folklore Festival.
The reception took place at the city hall of Yasbereny. The city hall was attended by leaders and members of the city parliament.
Tamas Szabo addressed a welcoming speech to all those present and thanked the delegation for participation in the festival. He highlighted the guests from South Ossetia. The Mayor introduced the delegation to the guests and declared his readiness to establish relations of friendship and cultural ties with South Ossetia. Tamas Szabo invited South Ossetia to take part in the forthcoming festival in the city of Yasbereny.
"I'll be glad to see the South Ossetian artistic groups among the participants of the international folklore festival in 2013," - he stressed.
At the reception the delegation of South Ossetia held a meeting with Deputy Mayor of Yasbereny Daniel Yukhas, who is directly involved in cultural contacts, and discussed the prospects of establishing sister-city relationship between Tskhinval and Yasbereny.
