Representatives of the Ministry of Regional Development of Russia arrived in South Ossetia on a working visit.
This has been announced by the RSO President Leonid Tibilov at the today's meeting with the heads of security, defence and law enforcement agencies of South Ossetia.
"Yesterday we have received one part of the delegation from the Ministry of Regional Development of Russia, today we are expecting the rest of the guests," - said Tibilov.
According to him, the delegation will be working in the Republic for a week.
"Tomorrow, August 14, Prime Minister of South Ossetia Rostik Khugaev and Deputy Minister of Regional Development r Sergei Vereshchagin will hold a meeting on socially important issues for South Ossetia", - said the president.
He has also stressed that tomorrow will also be held a meeting in Moscow on the socio-economic development of South Ossetia, which will bring together leaders of the Ministry of Health, Pension Fund and the State Statistical Department of South Ossetia with their Russian counterparts.
"They will be working in these areas, including those on maternity capital, which represents a considerable importance for us," - said the president.
He also highlighted the recent visit of the RF Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev to the Republic.
"This event has great importance for all of us," – underlined Tibilov.
He has added that the next day after returning to Moscow Dmitry Medvedev held a meeting on the growth and development of South Ossetia.
