13 new cases of coronavirus have been detected in South Ossetia over the weekend

The number of people infected with the new coronavirus in South Ossetia on the last day of the working week was 13, Anna Gagloeva, Deputy head of the South Ossetian Consumer Supervision Committee, said on Monday.

"On February 26, 167 tests were carried out in the Republic, of which 13 were positive. Thus, the total number of cases of coronavirus in the Republic increased to 3046," Gagloeva said.

Seven new cases of COVID-19 gave been in South Ossetia in a day

The number of detected cases of coronavirus infection COVID-19 in South Ossetia increased by 7 in a day, 6 more recovered, Anna Gagloeva, Deputy head of the South Ossetian Consumer Supervision Committee, said on Friday.

"In the \Republic, as of February 26, 2021, 3,033 cases of coronavirus disease COVID-19 were recorded. Over the past day, 123 tests were carried out, 7 of them showed a positive result," Gagloeva said.

According to her, for the entire time of the pandemic, 18,243 tests were carried out, 2,155 people were discharged from hospitals, more than 60 died.
