"Georgia is a bargaining chip for the West" - Deputy of the Parliament of South Ossetia

The position of Georgia towards the Russian Federation does not suit the countries of the West, Zita Besaeva, a member of the South Ossetian Parliament, the Chairman of the Nykhas political party, told the “Res” news agency.

“Today we are observing the processes that are taking place in Georgia. It did not join the sanctions that imposed by the West against Russia and, of course, the idea of opening a second front,” Besaeva said.

According to the deputy, the situation in Georgia is being rocked from the inside in order to arrange a civil war, to carry out a coup d'etat.

Professor Taimuraz Kokoev invited to South Korea to participate in the International Symposium

Head of the Department of Biology, Head of the Biomedical Research Laboratory of the South Ossetian State University, Professor Taimuraz Kokoev will take part in the first International Symposium on New Energy and Environment, which will be held on "Chejudo" Island in South Korea.  Minister of Culture of the Chechen Republic, Aishat Kadyrova, was awarded the highest state award, the Order of Friendship, by the decree of President of South Ossetia, Alan Gagloev.

The award on behalf of the President to the First Deputy Minister of Culture of the Chechen Republic Maret Baysarova was handed over by Prime Minister of the Republic Konstantin Dzhussoev after the concert of the Vainakh Group at the State Drama Theater in Tskhinval.

The operational situation on the South Ossetian-Georgian section of the state border is stable, there are no trends for its escalation, reports the State Security Committee of South Ossetia

Five cargo GAZelles of humanitarian aid for Ossetian fighters were delivered to the zone of the special military operation, Dzambolat Tedeev, a member of the North Ossetian Parliament, said at the press conference in Sputnik.

According to him, generators, quadrocopters, food, and essentials were delivered to the fighters.

“We need to support the guys who are fighting in the Donbass today; they are defending the interests of Russia and South Ossetia. If this is not done, then tomorrow this war will come to us,” Tedeev said.
