The Ministry for Foreign Affairs of the Republic of South Ossetia and the Ministry for Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation (hereafter, the "Sides"), based upon the Agreement on friendship, cooperation and mutual assistance between the Republic of South Ossetia and the Russian Federation of 17 September 2008, agreed on the following:

If they manage to solve the problem, we would appreciate it. Therefore, if the OSCE have understood their mistakes and negligence, we should continue our contacts with them.
