“We represent an organization that is monitoring elections in the world, we try to work not only with political scientists and experts but also with representatives of other fields – culture, science. We are very interested in young countries like Ossetia, in countries with young democracy. Maybe we will help with developing of democratic processes. Observing today the statistics and the appearance of voters we would like to note that Western Europe should be jealous of the enthusiasm of the Ossetian nation. In Western Europe they do not have that any more”, - told the journalists Head of the Secretariat of the International Institute of Elections Robert Smolyansky.
