In the letter, in particular, it is spoken:
«By the given letter I testify you my respect and consider urgently necessary to pay your attention at the inadmissible behaviour of the commander of the Georgian battalion of the peacemakers the colonel Kurashvili, having afforded himself in an interview to the Georgian agency " GНN " on August, 30th of this year extremely offensive statements in the address of the President of the Republic of South Ossetia.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs regards the occurred as a result of the untied by the top management of Georgia of an aggressive antiossetian hysteria, a direct participation in which takes place the president of Georgia M.Saakashvili, personally showing unseemly examples of disrespectful attitude to the opponents.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs states the most serious claims to the colonel Kurashvili, the actions of which far not for the first time directly contradict the high and responsible rank of a peacemaker. These claims give the indisputable basis to declare about the full and depressing discrepancy of the colonel Kurashvili, not hiding his inadmissible confrontational spirit and the extreme degree of non-constructivity of held by him post of a senior military chief of the Georgian battalion of JPKF.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of RSO addresses you with the offer to make the above-stated the theme of immediate discussion and to take corresponding measures concerning the colonel Kurashvili».
The copy of the letter has also been directed to the Commander of JPKF the lieutenant colonel Dubbelman.
