18th sitting of the forth session of RSO Parliament was held in Tskhinval. The sitting was presided by Deputy Speaker Yuri Dzitsoiti. The sitting was also attended by Head of President’s Administration Alexander Bolshakov and Head of State and Legal Governance Department Taimuraz Gabpaev.
The agenda included issues related to RSO Law “On the Government of RSO” and RSO Law “On militia”. The chairman of Legislature and Local Governance Committee Tarzan Kokoity had the floor.
The draft law “On RSO Government” had been discussed and adopted in the second reading. Having discussed and made six amendments, the RSO MPs unanimously adopted the Law “On RSO militia”. The adopted laws were forwarded to RSO President Eduard Kokoity for consideration and signing.
