Within the frames of the youth summer camp-forum «South Ossetia: peace and stability in the Caucasus» the round table on the subject "Upgrading" has taken place in Tskhinval. The first Deputy Chairman of the Federation Council Commission of the Russian Federation Federal Meeting Alexander Pochinok has addressed to the participants with a welcoming speech.
As he has said, it is impossible to simulate political activity; one should be engaged or not in it. «If we are seriously engaged in political activity, let's argue on the upgrade subject», - has said Pochinok, addressing to the youth. He has noticed that for providing normal living standards in the country it is necessary to create essential conditions all over the territory: railways, airports, etc. During the action the space bridge with the deputy of the Russian Federation State Duma - Alexander Kogan- has been organized; he has answered all questions of the round table participants. It should be noted, that the international youth summer camp-forum: «South Ossetia: peace and stability in the Caucasus» started in the RSO on July, 3 and will finish its work on July, 10, 2011. The organizer of the forum is the Russian youth trade union. Representatives of the youth wings of the Russian political parties, the youth government of the RSO, deputies of the Russian Federation are taking part in the forum.
