Questions of strengthening and development of friendly relations between the Republic of South Ossetia and the Republic of Belarus and the prospects of mutually advantageous economic cooperation were discussed in Tskhinval during the meeting of the People`s Party management of the Republic of South Ossetia with delegation of the Liberal-Democratic Party management of the Republic of Belarus, led by a member of the Supreme Council of the LDP, the Vice-President of the LDP, the Chairman of the Minsk LDP city organization Alexey Demeshko.
Among the discussed questions there were creation of furniture manufacture and production of the activated coal applied in sewage treatment facilities. The Belarusian delegation has included - the Vice-President of the Minsk LDP city organization Evgeny Kontus, the Adviser of the Chairman of the Minsk LDP organization for economic problems Nikolay Zhilevich, and the assistant of the Chairman of the Minsk LDP organization Gennady Pavlovich. On the part of South Ossetia the members of the RSO People`s Party Council, deputies of the RSO Parliament took part in the meeting. The delegation of Belarus has visited South Ossetia on the invitation of the RSO People`s Party.
