Anatoly Bibilov has expressed gratitude to Vladislav Surkov for his close attention to the issues of South Ossetia.

Bibilov also congratulated Vladimir Surkov on the upcoming holiday - the Day of Russia, noting that as a sign of great respect for the Russian state, this day in South Ossetia is a day off.
