The agreement on cooperation between the two countries was signed by Minister of Foreign Affairs of South Ossetia Dmitry Medoev and Minister of Economic Relations and Regional Cooperation of the Republika of Srpska Zlatan Klokich.
As reported by the press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of South Osseti, the signing of the agreement took place after the talks between the leaders of the two countries, Anatoly Bibilov and Milorad Dodik.
In accordance with these documents, the parties undertake to assist each other in realizing the interests of the two countries. The emphasis is also placed on strengthening and expanding mutually beneficial cooperation in the sphere of economy, agriculture and tourism, as well as sports and other fields.
The sides have also discussed the development of cooperation in the sphere of culture through the establishment of links between the cultural institutions of South Ossetia and Republika Srpska, creative associations and individual citizens.
Both states have also expressed their interest in establishing links with youth and sports organizations.
To implement the 3 years agreement, it will be created a working group of representatives of South Ossetia and Republika Srpska.
