A delegation of the South Ossetian Emergencies Ministry headed by Minister Ibragim Gasseev is taking part in the solemn ceremony of laying flowers at the monument "To the Northern Soldiers perished during the 1941-1945Great Patriotic War" in Arkhangelsk. This was reported by the press service of the Ministry.
It was reported that representatives of the South Ossetian rescue ministry had arrived in Arkhangelsk at the invitation of the head of the Russian Emergencies Ministry Alexander Kurenkov.
The delegation of the Republic of South Ossetia will also take part in the events organized by the Russian Emergencies Ministry on the eve of the Interdepartmental Experimental Research Exercises of the Forces and Means of the Unified State System for the Prevention and Elimination of Emergencies in the Arctic Zone of the Russian Federation "Safe Arctic-2025".
