Representatives of South Ossetia took part in the opening ceremony of the 5th Art and Industrial Exhibition-Forum "The Unique Russia".
As reported to IA "Res" by one of the participants of the event, the South Ossetian singer Albert Laliev, the exhibition is taking place in Gostiny Dvor in Moscow and will continue until February 9.
"The event brought together hundreds of talented artists, craftsmen, designers, art historians, heads of enterprises, and government bodies.
At the opening ceremony of the Forum, I performed a song "For the Russian and the Ossetian", written by me in honor of friendship and brotherhood between our peoples," Laliev has shared.
According to him, the soloists of the "Star South" group performed the song "Thank you, Russia", the author of the composition is Alzira Gabaraeva.
Albert Laliev expressed gratitude to the head of state Alan Gagloev and the former president of the Republic Eduard Kokoity for the opportunity to participate in the Forum.
"The event turned out to be intense and interesting," he has emphasized.
The Forum featured a presentation of the international project "Thank you, Russia," initiated by Eduard Kokoity. The former president of the Republic reported this on his Telegram channel.
"I would like to sincerely thank the organizers of the Forum, as well as President of South Ossetia Alan Eduardovich Gagloev, Chairman of Parliament Alan Margiev, Minister of Justice Alan Dzhioev, all members of my foundation, everyone who supported us," Eduard Kokoity said.
The exhibition-forum "The Unique Russia" is a large-scale patriotic event aimed at showing little-known facts about the great achievements and unique cultural features of Russia.
As noted by its organizers, this is a discussion platform that accumulates discussions of Russia's unique features at the global level, wide coverage in Russian and foreign media, attracting the attention of the authorities, commercial structures, and citizens of Russia.
