The head of South Ossetia Alan Gagloev expressed condolences to the family and friends of the former acting President of the Republic Vadim Brovtsev in connection with his death. This was reported by the press service of President of the Republic of South Ossetia.
Gagloev has noted that Brovtsev's death is a huge loss for everyone who knew and appreciated him.
"We share your emotional pain. Vadim Vladimirovich left a noticeable mark in the life of our Republic, in the hearts of those who worked with him. His dedication to the cause, leadership qualities and care for others will be remembered for many years," the telegram says.
Vadim Brovtsev died on Thursday in the Chelyabinsk region at the age of 55.
Brovtsev was serving as acting President of the Republic of South Ossetia from November 2011 to March 2012.
