Minister of Foreign Affairs of South Ossetia Dmitry Medoev had received Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Artsakh David Babayan, who arrived in Tskhinval to participate in the inauguration ceremony of the President of South Ossetia, which will be held on May 24, the press service of the Foreign Ministry reports.

David Babayan is accompanied by Secretary General-Head of Staff of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Artsakh Semyon Afiyan.

The incumbent President of South Ossetia, Anatoly Bibilov, dismissed the head of the Presidential Executive Office, Igor Kozaev, and his deputies from their posts, according to their applications.

The decrees were published on Monday on the official website of the head of state.

Atsamaz Zasseev has been dismissed from the post of Deputy Head of the Presidential Executive Office, and Dina Gassieva has been dismissed from the post of Deputy Head of the Presidential Executive Office - Press Secretary of the President.
