The teacher from South Ossetia became a prize winner of the competition "The best teacher of Russian literature abroad"

South Ossetian teacher of Russian language and literature Alla Muldarova has become a prize winner of the international contest "The best teacher of Russian literature abroad," held in Moscow on November 15 - 19. As Alla Muldarova said in her interview with the news agency "Res" the competition was held by Rossotrudnichestvo within the framework of the federal target program "Russian Language" for 2011 - 2015.

The South Ossetian authorities deported a citizen of Georgia

The South Ossetian authorities handed over to the Georgian side a citizen of Georgia Temur Gagloev, previously convicted for violation of the state border.
As the news agency "Res" has been reported at the press service of the KGB of South Ossetia, Gagloev was handed over to the authorities of Georgia on November 15 in the border village of Ergneti in the course of the meeting in the format of MPRI.
"In May 2013 Gagloev was detained for illegal crossing of the state border of South Ossetia in Znaur district of South Ossetia. During the detention Gagloev explained that he asked for political asylum. He was granted a residence permit and refugee status," - said the KGB press -service official.
After six months of stay on the territory of South Ossetia, Gagloev within a group of offenders was again detained at attempt of illegal crossing the state border with Georgia.
For the second attempt of crossing the border Gagloev was deprived the status of refugee and sentenced to one year conditionally for illegal crossing of the state border.
Two months later it was decided to deport Gagloev to Georgia.
The press service of the RSO KGB noted that Gagloev - born in the Ochamchire district of Abkhazia, - lived on the territory of Georgia in the town of Gori.

The General Prosecutor's office of South Ossetia initiated a criminal case on the fact of escape from the Tskhinval penal colony

South Ossetian President Leonid Tibilov held a meeting with the heads of law enforcement agencies. At the beginning of the meeting Leonid Tibilov has congratulated the participants on the holiday of Dzheorguyba (St. George's Day), noting that this day is one of the major national holidays for Ossetian people.
The meeting discussed the current situation in the Tskhinval penal colony from where on November 16 had escaped the felon. Leonid Tibilov has noted that one of the basic versions of the incident is that the criminal has accomplices among the employees of the penal colony.
The Minister of Justice of the Republic Murat Vaneev has assured that the officers on duty, whose criminal negligence led to the escape, will be severely punished and they will bear criminal responsibility.
According to the Minister, the Prosecutor General of the Republic began criminal proceedings, and the Interior Ministry is engaged in search actions on capturing the escapee. The Minister reiterated that all those responsible would be punished.
Interior Minister Akhsar Lavoev has reported that all the units of the Ministry have been mobilized and are currently ongoing the search actions to capture the felon.
During the meeting, Prosecutor General Merab Chigoev reported on the results of his working visit to the Russian Federation. According to him, after a meeting with the leadership of the RF General Prosecutor's Office has been signed a program for cooperation between the agencies for 2014-2015.
At the meeting was also discussed the investigation of criminal cases sent to the Russian Federation. In particular, Merab Chigoev noted that some of the persons involved in criminal cases in South Ossetia and declared wanted, Prosecutor General's Office had repeatedly announced wanted in the territory of Russia. Among them are the former Chairman of the National Bank Oleg Dzantuev and the Chairman of the Commercial Bank "Bon -Bank" Vladislav Kokoev, indicted in September.
"We are talking about 150 million rubles, which Dzantuev illegally transferred to "Bon –Bank," then the money disappeared," - said the Prosecutor General.
During the meeting, Leonid Tibilov drew attention to another problem - the problem with wrong parking.
The head of state has stressed that one can often observe how motorists park their cars at their homes, shops, institutions, penetrating into the sidewalks.
"Paving is not intended for driving. Passers-by, bypassing the obstruction, are often forced to go out into the street,"- said the president.
The head of state ordered the Interior Ministry to provide assistance to the town hall in solving this issue.

For a week in South Ossetia were detained six violators of the state border

November 8 - 15 the Border Service of KGB of South Ossetia was considering the cases against six people, four of whom were detained for violation of the border regime in the frontier zone of the state border and two persons -for violation of the state border regime.
As IA "Res" has been informed at the press service of the KGB of the Republic, "there are five citizens of South Ossetia and one citizen of Georgia among the detainees."
The cases of five citizens of South Ossetia will soon be considered in court.
"A citizen of Georgia, a resident of the village of Takhtidziri, Kareli district Gabuev Dmitry is currently under investigation ", -said the press –service official.
He has added that the detained citizens of Georgia Giorgi Dedanashvili and Alexander Elizarov, subjected to administrative penalty, were fined 2000 rubles. Now the question of their expulsion from the territory of South Ossetia is under consideration.

David Sanakoev met with the head of the Red Cross in South Ossetia

November 15, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of South Ossetia David Sanakoev received the head of the International Committee of the Red Cross in South Ossetia Valentina Kim.
At the meeting were discussed issues relating to the activities of the Red Cross on the territory of South Ossetia in recent months. In particular, was raised the issue of the previous day's tripartite meetings to search for the missing persons. The sides exchanged views on a number of issues of
mutual interest.
