Russia is the only country that is 100% self-sufficient": Rector of the South Ossetian State University Vadim Tedeev

There is only one country in the world that can be one hundred percent self-sufficient - the Russian Federation with its resources. Professor, Rector of the South Ossetian State University Vadim Tedeev stated this during the Moscow-Tskhinval video bridge.

“If Georgia signs a non-aggression agreement against South Ossetia and recognizes its statehood, we will be able to open roads to the South Caucasus. And then we ourselves will be able to provide help to whoever needs it. However, today we need economic and military assistance,” Tedeev said.
