In connection with the last actions of the Georgian side on creation of a "temporary administration" in the zone of the conflict, the appointment of Dmitriy Sanakoev as its head and the announcement on beginning of negotiations with it, the correspondent of the agency "Res" has addressed to the co-chairman of JCC from North Ossetia - Alania Republic Murat Tkhostov for the comments.

Today nearby 20:00pm the Georgian side has opened heavy fire from the large-caliber weapon on the southern quarters of Tskhinval from the direction of the villages Nikozi and Ergneti. A single opening of fire is also noted on the northern outskirts of the town from the direction of the village Tamarasheni.

On May, 8th, 2007 from 10.30am till 13:00pm the group of the tripartite military observers of JPKF with the participation of the representatives of the Mission of OSCE has held a repeated monitoring in the zone of the georgian-ossetian conflict on the fact of detection of an illegally being means of the anti-aircraft defence, belonging to the south-ossetian side, revealed on the eve, on May, 7th, 2007 in the area of the settlement Dzvileti.

The advisory meeting of the co-chairmen of JCC from the south-ossetian and the georgian sides, of Boris Chochiev and Merab Antadze, at the participation of the head of the Mission of OSCE in Georgia Roy Riv has taken place in Tskhinval. At the meeting the intense situation, developed on the site of the Trans-Caucasian main Kekhvi-Tamarasheni in connection with the illegally police posts placed by the Georgian side, at which the citizens of South Ossetia Republic, passing through this piece, are subjected to unfairly rigid examination, was discussed.

On occasion of the finished without any results meeting of the co-chairmen of JCC from the south-ossetian and the Georgian parties, the co-chairman of JCC from the south-ossetian party Boris Chochiev has declared the following:
«The ossetian party pays attention on the fact that Georgia has once again shown the unwillingness to conduct a constructive dialogue. At the meeting of the co-chairmen of JCC, taken place today, it was supposed to clear up the situation with the toughening of the carrying mode on the site of the Trans-Caucasian main, controllable by the Georgian side, and the removal of the illegally placed posts of the special troops of Georgia.

On May, 5th, 2007 from 21.40pm till 24.00pm a monitoring was held by the military observers from the three sides and the officers of the Mission of OSCE. The purpose of carrying out of a monitoring was the estimation of the developed aggravated situation on the site of the Trans-Caucasian main, in the area of the Georgian villages Tamarasheni-Kurta-Kehvi and at the administrative border of South Ossetia at the Georgian settlement Ergneti in the locations of the law enforcement bodies of the sides. The correspondent of «Res» was informed about it by the assistant of the commander of JPKF on work with the mass-media, the captain Vladimir Ivanov.

As it became known to the South-Ossetian part of JCC, the Georgian side holds scale propaganda actions with the purpose as "to show" how the government of South Ossetia Republic "oppresses" the inhabitants of the republic of the Georgian nationality.

The Georgian side has once again illegally without warning blocked the roads, leading to the capital of South Ossetia Republic, Tskhinval. In this connection the ossetian side has demanded from the command of the joint staff of the Joint Peacekeeping Forces and the representatives of the mission of OSCE to hold a monitoring and to give a corresponding estimation to the actions of the Georgian authorities.
