A.Parastaev, former Minister of Interior of the RSO, who gave himself up to the law-enforcement bodies of the RSO continues to give evidences. He particularly confessed that the Georgian Special forces proposed him 7,5 million US dollars for physical elimination of the acting president of the RSO Eduard Kokoity.
