On September, 29th, in the course of planned actions on preventive actions of illegal deforestation on the territory of Tskhinval region, three inhabitants of the villages of Kekhvi, Kurta and Achabet, that carried out the storage of firewood, have been detained by the employees of the management on strife with economic crimes of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of South Ossetia.
Despite the illegal actions the detained persons have been released with the purpose of prevention of the possible aggravation of the situation in the zone of the conflict.
The management of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of South Ossetia declares about the necessity of carrying out of a meeting of the heads of administrations of the villages with the representatives of the department of forestry of the republic for regulating the firewood storage by the population, the prevention of illegal actions and disputed situations.
