The main subject of debates at the fifteenth round of international debates for stability and safety in Transcaucasia, which has started today in Geneva, was discussing the signing of the documents of not applying force against South Ossetia and Abkhazia by Georgia. As the leader of south-ossetian delegation Boris Chochiev informed IA "Res" over the phone from Geneva, south-ossetian side again focused the attention of the participants of the meeting on the theme of not-applying force.
"We need strong warrants of safety", - Chochiev has said.
He has reminded that at the end of 2010 Tbilisi, Tskhinval and Sukhum have done the unilateral statements about not-applying force.
However, as Chochiev noted, threats on the side of fascist regime of Georgia and the appeals of M. Saakashvili "to meet the new year in Sukhum", again cause anxiety in south-ossetian side.
As Chochiev says, in the course of the meeting south-ossetian side in its report has pointed to the concrete cases of the breach of the border and air space of the Republic of South Ossetia by Georgia, he has also brought the facts of uncontrolled shooting on the border of the Republic on the side of Georgia.
Also, during the meeting the south-ossetian delegation again has paid attention to the observance by all the participants of Geneva debates of correct word-stock.
"The aspiration of the georgian representatives to present the contingents of russian military and border forces in Abkhazia and South Ossetia as certain ''occupation” troops is absurd, and have nothing in common with the real terms and purposes of their staying", - Chochiev has noted.
Remind, that today in Geneva has started the next 15 round of debates, in which are taking part the representatives of South Ossetia, Abkhazia, Russia, USA, EU, UN and OSCE.
The south-ossetian delegation is headed by Boris Chochiev. The delegation includes the Minister for foreign affairs of RSO Murat Dzhioev, state counsellor of the president of RSO Konstantin Kochiev, representative of the president of RSO on human rights David Sanakoev and deputy plenipotentiary of the president of RSO Merab Chigoev.
