In the near future the Ministry of Capital, Road Construction and Architecture of the RSO will start beautification of the streets in Tskhinval. As the head of the Ministry of Construction Chermen Khugaev has informed the news agency "RES", all the houses in one of the central streets - the Heroes Street – have been already connected to the basic communications and in the near future the workers will start the sidewalk flagging. «All the sidewalks will be flagged, and the traffic area will be covered with asphalt. In the Heroes Street the road menders will start construction of the storm sewage, and the next week they will move to the roadbed. Then it is planned to start repair works of the parallel street», - Khugaev has informed.
He has noted that the government allocated the advance payment at the rate of 40 million for carrying out these works, and the works for 16 million have already been fulfilled. «The building enterprise "АGR" will be engaged in beautification of the sidewalks. Besides, all the contractors are strictly warned about their work quality. We`ve made a contract with them, and in case of discrepancy to the technical and other standards of the executed works, the financing will be suspended» , - Khugaev has underlined. In conclusion, he has added that some contracting agencies will be brought into the prompt city streets beautification process.
