The Russian government delegation led by Deputy Minister of Regional Development of Russia Sergei Vereshchagin continues its work in South Ossetia.
Today, representatives of the Russian ministries and departments went to ​​Leningor district where they were inspecting the socio-economic facilities, studying the economic situation in the district for the upcoming program of socio-economic development of South Ossetia.

During the visit the delegation has become acquainted with the results of implementation of the investment program to promote socio-economic development of South Ossetia in 2011, including the inspection and analysis of rehabilitation and construction of infrastructure and social facilities.
In addition, the delegation members are carrying out the analysis of the current situation for the implementation of the investment program for 2012-2013, are considering the proposals of the South Ossetian side on the investment project for 2013-2015.
The delegation includes representatives of 17 Russian ministries and agencies. The results of their work will form the basis of the plan of actions for implementing the socio-economic projects in South Ossetia.
It should be reminded that the representatives of the Russian executive authorities arrived in South Ossetia August 13 within the framework of performing the mission of the RF Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev.
