South Ossetian President Leonid Tibilov and Minister for Regional Development of Russia Igor Slyunyaev, who is in the Republic on a working visit, have inspected today the facilities under construction, social and road infrastructure in the districts and in the capital of South Ossetia.
The Republican leadership and the guests have visited a kindergarten in the village of Dzau (Dzausky district), which was put into operation two weeks ago. The delegation viewed the premises and the surrounding area, talked to the staff of the kindergarten.
Minister of Construction of South Ossetia Eduard Dzagoev has informed that the construction of the building cost 60 million rubles.
"The kindergarten is designed for 100 people, it meets all modern requirements," - said Dzagoev.
Then the delegation inspected the district hospital and the building of the district administration, being under construction. The Russian minister went to the local grocery store, talked to the residents of the district, briefly telling them about the purpose of his visit to South Ossetia.
Inspection of roads started with the route-Gufta Kvaisa. Slyunyaev sharply criticized the work carried out by the contractor "Mars-R."
"After what I have seen I have a great desire to stop all this construction. What you're doing is wasting money "- said the minister, addressing the representatives of the construction company.
According to him, during the construction were made the wrong technology decisions. Then the guests and the government of the Republic drove along the Zar bypass road, stopped at the monument to the victims of the Zar tragedy, inspected the newly constructed road-Znaur Tskhinval. In Znaur the delegation inspected the construction of a local house of children`s arts.
Having arrived in the capital of the Republic Leonid Tibilov and Igor Slyunyaev laid flowers at the memorial to the victims of the Georgian aggression of 1989-1992 in the yard of the school №5.
The visit of the Minister of Regional Development has continued by a working meeting with Leonid Tibilov. Then will be held an extended meeting with the participation of Russian and South Ossetian representatives of ministries and agencies.
