Issues of functioning of a number of manufacturing enterprises in South Ossetia were discussed during today's meeting of the President of the Republic Leonid Tibilov with members of the government. As the news agency "Res" has been reported by a press secretary of the head of state Ghana Yanovskaya, the meeting, in particular, considered the problems of the Tskhinval cannery.
At the cannery, according to the president, has recently been organized the production process, the plant is engaged in processing agricultural products (mainly fruit), which supply the villagers.
Leonid Tibilov informed the participants of the meeting that some difficulties had arisen at the cannery.
According to the Vice-Premier Guram Melkoev, the difficulties are associated with the fact that some types of production have not yet the appropriate certification.
"The plant produced about four thousand cans of apple juice. Apples were delivered to the plant by residents of the villages Dmenis, Satikar, Mugut. As soon as the plant undergoes the procedure of state standardization and obtain authorization of the Committee for Supervision of Consumer Rights Protection and Human Welfare, some issues will be resolved , "- said the Minister of Agriculture Mair Guchmazov.
According to acting Chairman of the Committee for Supervision of Consumer Rights Protection and Human Welfare Ellina Bagaeva, her service took samples of the products for chemical and bacteriological analysis.
"The results of the analysis will be ready next week. After that, we will prepare our report, "- she added.
His opinion expressed the representative of the Committee of Standardization and Metrology Zaur Tskhovrebov.
The President stressed that the verification of the cannery would have had to be done before the launch of the plant.
"All of these current issues should have been resolved at the meetings with the plant management in April. It was then that we had to develop the further plan, prepare appropriate materials. Only after that it was necessary to put the plant into operation,"- said the president.
Leonid Tibilov has emphasized the inadmissibility of a situation when the enterprise has already organized its production process and only after that has encountered claims.
"It turns out that the work began spontaneously, and now the authorities have started to ban its work officially. It is not permissible "- said the president.
He instructed in the shortest possible time to solve this question and to give the plant an opportunity to work normally.
