November 22 - 29 the KGB Border Control Service of the Republic of South Ossetia considered the cases against five people.
As IA "Res" was reported at the press service of the KGB, two citizens of South Ossetia had been detained on the section of the state border in the villages of Nagomev and Tsinagar in Leningor District, one Russian citizen detained in the village of Tsnelis in Znaur district and two Georgian citizens had been detained in the sections of the state border in Leningor and Dzau districts.
"The detained November 25 Georgian citizen Gotcha Makishvili born in 1985, a resident of the village of Didi Khurvaleti in Gori district, by a court decision of Leningor district after paying a fine, November 28 was deported to Georgia. A citizen of the RSO Vanishvili Malhaz, detained with Makishvili, earlier, according to the press service known as Malkhaz Valiev, after identification, by a court decision was verbally warned and released without penalty,"- told the KGB official.
Cases of one more citizen of the RSO and one Russian citizen were submitted to a court.
By a court decision citizens of Georgia Merab Gabadze, resident of the village of Perevi in Sachkhere district and Alexandra Maysuradze, after the payment of a fine November 28 were expelled from the territory of South Ossetia.
