Teimuraz Goginashvili, born in 1952, a citizen of the Republic of South Ossetia of the Georgian nationality, was detained by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of South Ossetia on suspicion of committing murder with aggravating consequences.
From 22.00 to 22.45, a group of military observers from three sides, together with a representative of the OSCE mission, carried out monitoring on the fact of the detention of residents of the conflict zone by the security forces. During the monitoring, it was established that on July 20 at 12.00, officers of the South Ossetian Interior Ministry, on the basis of a statement of a resident of Tskhinval, was detained a resident of the Georgian village of Nikozi T. Goginashvili. According to the detainee, the monitoring group learned that he had no complaints about his health. Violent actions by the officers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the RSO were not used.
