In South Ossetia, 23 violators of the law in the border area were detained at various sections of the state border in March, the KGB of the Eepublic reports.
The Committee has clarified that 10 of the detainees violated the state border regime, and 13 violated the border regime.
“The border service of the KGB conducted investigations on each fact of violation of legal regimes. As a result, 18 people were subjected to the administrative fine and 5 people were warned,” the press service said.
In connection with the onset of the period of seasonal arable and other agricultural work in the areas located in the border zone of the Republic, the KGB Border Service reminded of the need to submit documents in advance for obtaining the appropriate permit.
