Flash-poll: The Authorities of Georgia offer the people of South Ossetia and Abkhazia the neutral passports (in which the citizenship and the state belonging are not indicated). What is your attitude to such kind of offers?

At present, South Ossetia and Georgia have no any diplomatic relations absolutely, that means, Georgia does not exist in political sense for us. If Georgia does not apologize and does not acknowledge South Ossetia, it`s not worth-while to talk to her. One could not have a talk about any passports!

Concerning the statement of the commission NATO-Georgia.

Recently the ministerial meeting of the commission «Georgia- NATO" has taken place in Berlin. The joint statement has been accepted on the results of the meeting. The statement includes the openly provocative expressions and appeals, - in particular, to Russia, - to cancel the recognition of the independence of South Ossetia and Abkhazia, and also to «fulfill all the obligations on cease-fire taken on the agreement ".

The leadership of Georgia has been conducting a serious work on destabilization of the situation and has been intensively preparing for the new military aggression against the Republic of South Ossetia. It has been declared IA "Res" by the South-Ossetian expert Inal Pliev, commenting the information about the visit of the American senators to Georgia who, in turn, held the meetings with the representatives of the political parties. In the course of the meetings the Georgian politicians demanded the deliveries of anti-missile and anti-tank weapon from the USA.

I live in the northern outskirts of Tskhinval. At night from seventh to eighth of August 2008 about 12 o’clock a missile burst next to our house. The light was switched off; the windows were knocked out by the explosive wave.

There is no any sense for South Ossetia to take the «neutral passports", which are being offered by Georgia. It has been reported IA "Res" by the South-Ossetian expert on conflicts, the chief of the NGO "Association of social, economic and cultural development" Dina Alborova.

We’ll start the review of the Georgian press with a report that the major russian-language newspaper in Georgia "The independent Georgia", which was founded in 1922 titled as "Zarya Vostoka («The dawn of the Orient") (while being ruled by Gamsakhurdia-it was titled as «The Messenger of Georgia»), ceased to be issued. Is it officially said only about the "suspense of the issue". How the next temporal measure will become the constant one - time will show. The remained georgian pro-government MM, with calls of samurai attacked upon Israel: "If these businessmen (the Israeli investors Fuks and Frenkel, to whom Georgia owned 100 million dollars and threw them into prison on accusation of offering the bribe for not paying the debt) have dared to give the bribe to the officials of Georgia, it probably means they got accustomed to do it in Israel" (writes "Georgia Online" in the article "The Head of the Israeli Foreign Office may be accused of corruption").

The Number 36 of the republican socio-political newspaper in ossetian language "Hurzarin" for April 5 2011 begins with the information of the meeting of the president of the Republic of South Ossetia Eduard Kokoity with the representatives of youth and the students of Moscow at the Russian state social university. "The Rector of the university Vasiliy Bug - one of the noble men, who don`t spare themselves in rising the qualification of the south-ossetian professional personnel", - is written in the publication. It is noted in the article that "the leader of our republic has in detail told about the present position of the republic, about relations with Russian Federation and international community and, certainly, about questions, related to the military conflict with Georgia".

The Plenipotentiary of the president of the RSO on human rights David Sanakoev in his interview IA "Res" has told about the work on protection of human rights and liberties in South Ossetia, civil society and international cooperation.

What are the problems the citizens of the Republic apply to you more often?

War for people, for each person, - first of all is pain, loss, grief, tears. Georgia repeatedly undertook the attempts of destruction South Ossetia. But that damned night nobody could think that Georgia would assault upon sleeping people. The powerful blasts were heard that night, my son left for fighting, I was quite alone. I was sitting in full darkness in private with the awe. I hoped that next morning this horror would be stopped, but, alas, it became more awful. I had never left South Ossetia before, neither in 90-th of the XX-th century, nor in 2004, and nor in August 2008. We were being fired from all type of weapon, with using the forbidden system of volley fire "Hail".
