Gagloev noted the contribution of Russian women leaders to the socio-economic and political development of the country
President of South Ossetia Alan Gagloev addressed words of congratulations to the female leaders of Russia on International Women's Day on March 8.
In the congratulatory address to the Chairman of the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, Valentina Matvienko, Gagloev noted that “at all times, a woman has been and remains the personification of beauty, wisdom and kindness.”
