Chairman of the South Ossetian Parliamentary Committee on Social Policy and Healthcare Alexander Pliev will take part in the VIII International Congress "Balneotherapy in Spa Treatment and Medical Rehabilitation Programs" in Moscow.

The event will be held on March 20-21 in Moscow and will be timed to coincide with the World Water Day, the press service of the legislative body reports.

As noted by Alexander Pliev, the event will be attended by Russian Health Minister Mikhail Murashko, as well as representatives of foreign countries.

It is important to include effective measures to increase the Republic's investment attractiveness, support the real sector of the economy, as well as small and medium-sized businesses in the new program for the development of South Ossetia until 2030, so that in the future, together with entrepreneurs from Russia and South Ossetia, we can launch new promising projects.

The South Ossetian enterprise Impuls-A LLC, specializing in stone processing, will take part in Xiamen Stone Fair 2025 — one of the largest international stone industry exhibitions, the company's press service reports.

The event will be held in Xiamen, China, from March 16 to 19.

Russian Minister of Economic Development Maxim Reshetnikov noted the great potential of South Ossetia in the field of tourism. He stated this at the meeting with President of the Republic of South Ossetia Alan Gagloev.

“The Republic is of independent interest to tourists, and with the development of Mamison, it will be even easier to come here to relax and see the sights. A delegation of Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation headed by Minister Maxim Reshetnikov and Chairman of the Government of South Ossetia Konstantin Dzhussoev inspected the facilities being built in Tskhinval as part of the Investment Program.

The Russian delegation has included Deputy Minister of Economic Development of the Russian Federation Dmitry Volvach, Head of the Department of Special Programs and Projects of Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation Anton Melnik and other officials.

President of South Ossetia Alan Gagloev held a meeting with a participant of the special military operation Roland Doguzov, the press service of the head of state reports.

Roland Doguzov was one of the first from South Ossetia to volunteer to protect the residents of Donbass in 2014 and is still participating in the military operations.

The head of state thanked the fighter for his faithful service and glorification of the Ossetian people.
