President of South Ossetia Anatoly Bibilov took part as an honored guest in the meeting of the Council of Commanders of the Union of Donbass Volunteers, held in Rostov-on-Don, the press service of the head of state reports.

Speaking at the event, Anatoly Bibilov has noted that South Ossetia is the only state that recognized the independence of the Donetsk and Lugansk People's Republics.

Representatives of the Russian embassy in South Ossetia, headed by Marat Kulakhmetov, laid flowers at the monument to Soviet soldiers located at the Tskhinval cemetery.
