The remains date back to the 14-15th centuries: historians of South Ossetia about the find in the village of Kheit
At the Z. Vaneev South Ossetian Research Institute suggest that the remains found on Monday near the village of Kheit in Tskhinval district, date back to the 14-15th centuries AD.
“Unfortunately, there were no accompanying materials with the remains, such as ceramics, so that we could tell exactly what period they belong to. In the burial, several individuals were found in stone boxes. Such stone boxes were placed at burials in the Middle Ages, so we assume that the remains date back to the 14-15th centuries, "Director of the Research Institute Robert Gagloev told IA " Res ".
