Russian military in South Ossetia received the second dose of Sputnik V vaccine
The second stage of vaccination of Russian servicemen is planned to be carried out by the end of February, according to the Southern Military District.
The military in South Ossetia received the first dose of vaccine in January, the second batch of Sputnik V was delivered in February, said the head of the Southern Military District Vadim Astafyev.
"The vaccine was delivered in special thermal containers to medical hospitals for further use. It is delivered to the final medical institution frozen and thawed in preparation for injection," summed up Astafyev.
