The idea of holding the festival for adolescents and young people "...Teeners" in Tskhinval occurred to organizers of the annual Film Festival in 2009, while filming a documentary film about the August war in South Ossetia. The panel of the Supreme Court judges of South Ossetia has not satisfied the appeal of the ex-Minister of Defence of the RSO Valery Tedeev, a businessman Khokh Gagloity and the chairman of the public organization «Non-departmental Control Committee» Svetlana Kozaeva against the decision of the Central Election Committee of the RSO, according to which, the mentioned citizens were refused of registration as the presidential nominees.
