The budget of the Russian Federation has already provided financial resources to implement the investment program for promoting socio-economic development of South Ossetia in 2012-2013. He has noted that since this year, which is already coming to the end, it is necessary to make plans for the next period.
"And in order to complete this year qualitatively, everyone responsible for his spheres- for preparation of documentation, expertise or selection of contractor –should clearly understand his actions in the coming months,"- he said.
Vereshchagin said that two weeks ago the Ministry of Regional Development had approved the third register financing, which was submitted for further interdepartmental endorsement and this process delayed the fund allocation. ..
"I did not expect that there would be any delay in the inspection of all documentation," - he said.
In addition, he has said, due to the fact that such delays occur frequently, since the new year the funding system will be simplified.
"We are not going to wait for several months while the funds will be allocated ", - said Sergei Vereshchagin.
