President of South Ossetia Anatoly Bibilov confirmed the interest of the Republic to the Geneva discussions, - said at a briefing in Tskhinval the EU co-chairman Herbert Salber, commenting on the results of the meeting of the co-chairs of the Geneva discussions on security in Transcaucasia with the head of state.
"Our meeting was very interesting," said Salber. - The President confirmed the interest of South Ossetia to the discussions in Geneva. He spoke about his position on the development of the relations of the parties in the South Caucasus, and it will really help us in understanding the Geneva process and the interests of South Ossetia.
The OSCE Co-Chair Gunter Behler has added that in the course of the meeting were discussed issues of missing citizens of South Ossetia
"In March our expert presented a report on the work done, and today we discussed it," said Behler. - At the upcoming round in Geneva we will evaluate the work done. This year, together with the Red Cross, we will continue to work on the search for missing persons, and with the help of our colleagues we hope to get results. "
